Payment rules

1. The pet’s weight must not exceed 5 kg.

2. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, SPA area, or buffet area due to sanitary and epidemiological requirements.

3. Walking pets on the lawns of the complex is prohibited.

4. Pets must not be left unattended in the room.

5. The cost of staying with a pet in the room is 1000 UAH/day (the price includes providing bowls and pet pads, as well as room cleaning with steam equipment after check-out). The price does not include compensation in case of damage to the Complex’s property caused by the pet.

6. In case of violation of the pet accommodation rules, the hotel reserves the right to evict Guests with their pet without refunding the prepayment.

The prepayment invoice is generated as follows:

• bookings up to 4 days — prepayment for the first day;

• bookings from 5 to 8 days — prepayment for the first 2 days;

• bookings of 9 days or more — prepayment for the first 3 days.

A passport will be required upon check-in.

1. The Guest may cancel the room without penalties within 3 days from the moment the prepayment is made. Otherwise, the funds are not refunded and are placed on the hotel deposit, which can be used within one year from the date of cancellation, provided that the booking cancellation is made 14 or more days before the hotel check-in date.

2. Cancellation/annulment is considered valid only if the request is sent to the hotel’s email address and not made by phone.

3. The paid funds may be used as a penalty if the cancellation occurs 14 or fewer days before the hotel check-in date.

4. A tourist tax of 28.40 UAH per person per day is added to the total accommodation amount.

• Check-in starts at 14:00, check-out time is until 11:00.

• Early check-in or late check-out is possible subject to room availability and is charged additionally at 75% of the cost of the previous or next day.

• In case of a paid booking and guest no-show, the room is held until 11:00 on the following day, after which the booking is canceled without prior notice, and the paid amount is not refunded.

• During the winter season, transfer to the ski lifts is included in the accommodation price (according to the schedule).

• Children under 6 years old stay free of charge without a separate bed.

• The accommodation price includes breakfast, use of the outdoor parking area, WI-FI, and access to the SPA area (excluding cosmetology and massage procedures).

• During the winter season, only 1 outdoor pool operates from 18:00 to 21:00 (near the “Fomich” building).

• Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnia.

• At the time of booking, the price is fixed and is not subject to additional promotions or discounts.

If the User refuses the booked service or changes the service start and/or end date for any reasons not dependent on the Hotel, changes to the service terms initiated by the User after payment shall be considered a refusal of the service, and the Hotel shall retain (charge) 100% of the paid amount for the unused accommodation period.

Prior cancellation of a booking is carried out exclusively in written form:

• if the booking is canceled 14 or more days before the Guests’ arrival date (timely cancellation), the paid funds are not refunded; however, their use by the User during the calendar year (from the booking arrival date) is guaranteed. Only the paid amount in Ukrainian hryvnia is recorded on the deposit.

• if the booking is canceled 14 or fewer days before the Guests’ arrival date (late cancellation), the paid funds are not refunded and may be used as a penalty for late cancellation.

• A refund of the prepayment for ordered services is possible only within 3 days from the date of payment, or if the accommodation service was not provided due to the Hotel’s fault. The prepayment refund is made within 14 days from the date the Guest completes the relevant application.
